Our Team

Trevor Jackson


Trevor is a senior and a marketing major at William & Mary. At the College, he is involved in the Student Marketing Association, Tribe Ventures, the Investment Club, and Club Golf. Throughout his experience as Co-Founder and COO of the college tour company Candid Campus Tours and as a marketing intern for Ferguson Enterprises this summer, Trevor has developed a passion for building relationships and delivering quality service. He thrives off of going above and beyond for clients and is thrilled to bring that passion to Agency 1693.

Kent Rollins

Managing Partner

Rounding out our team of all-star founders is Kent, a 2017 Magna Cum Laude graduate of William & Mary pursuing a Masters in Business Analytics here at the College in lieu of his senior year. As a member of the Tribe, Kent carries an impressive resume including serving as the President of the Student Marketing Association. His professional experience ranges from a role as an analytics intern for Booz Allen Hamilton to serving as CEO and Founder of both Candid Campus Tours and Crisea.co.
He is poised to bring extensive value to Agency 1693 serving in an advisory and strategic executive role.

Madelin Bender

Operations Director

Madelin is a senior at The College of William & Mary, studying Marketing and Hispanic Studies. She's had marketing and graphic design internships through the William & Mary Mason School of Business, Williamsburg Distillery, and Tribe Athletics. She also directed the 1st Annual Virginia Craft Distiller's Festival in summer 2016 during her time at Williamsburg Distillery. On campus, she's held leadership roles in the Women in Business Club, the Women's Leadership Summit, W&M Club Volleyball, and a student start-up, RidesU.

Tyler Wille

Private Sector Director

Tyler is a senior at William & Mary studying Marketing, Economics, and Innovation & Design. A native of Pennington, New Jersey, Tyler is a creative high performer with a background in digital marketing and community management for organizations ranging from tech startups to large public institutions. While in Williamsburg, he leads his fraternity with philanthropy by operating fundraisers for cancer research, coordinates digital marketing and communications for William & Mary's Parent & Family Programs, and operates unique personal ventures. With Agency 1693, Tyler is thrilled to have the opportunity to connect forward-thinking and talented students with private sector clients who deserve their expertise and dedication.

Nathaniel Paige

On-Campus Director

Hi! My name is Nathanael Paige, and I am a senior, majoring in Marketing with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. My research in the W&M Psychology Department and summer internship experience with Deloitte Consulting, has strengthened my marketing eye. My areas of interest include advertising, design thinking, and behavioral economics. Around campus, I am actively involved in Residence Life, WMSURE, the Sharpe Scholars Program, and Students for University Advancement. I am very excited to see the diverse business challenges our agency will address, and ready to leave an impact on our Tribe and community at large!

Alexa Bowe

Human Resources Director

I am a Marketing major and Research Assistant at the Mason School of Business. During my time at the College, I have had the opportunity to work with several organizations to create extensive marketing strategies and campaigns. Now, I am extremely excited to apply my skills with Agency 1693!

Lillian Zhao

Creative Director

Lillian Zhao is the Creative Director and sits on the founding board of Agency 1693. Zhao is currently a senior and will graduate William & Mary in May 2018 with a BBA in Marketing. She also has a concentration in innovation and design and minors in art.

Zhao is an integral part of the team who supports Agency 1693 in all creative aspects, including: client branding and rebranding initiatives, creation of marketing collateral, designs logos and style guides. At the College, Zhao is the art editor for the College’s fashion and art literary magazine, ROCKET. She also serves as VP Marketing and sits on the professional development committee in the Omega chapter of the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity. Zhao is involved in the Student Marketing Association and is a member of the Chinese Student Organization.

Emily Lichtenstadter

Non-Profit Director

Emily is a junior at the College studying Business Analytics and Psychology with a concentration in Marketing. Outside of the Agency, she is involved with Hillel (the Jewish organization on campus), Club Tennis, Women in Business, and was a founding member of a social sorority. This summer, she had the opportunity to work at The College Board doing market research and data analytics, and has previously worked at Wells Fargo Advisors. She is extremely excited to be a founding leader of the Agency and is looking forward to see how the Agency supports different organizations around the William & Mary and Williamsburg community!

Morgan Mellas

Internal Marketing Director

Morgan is a senior at William & Mary studying Marketing and English. She serves as the Special Events Chair for Alma Mater Productions and the Homecoming Parade Chair, as well as being a part of Students for University Advancement, William & Mary tours, and the Admissions Office. Morgan has a diverse professional experience with internships for PwC, Stash-It, and Townsquare media.
Morgan is excited to take her experiences and apply them to leading Agency 1693 in the acquisition and support of our NGO clients!

Vansh Bansal

Media Director

Vansh is a junior double-majoring in Computational & Applied Mathematics and Statistics (CAMS) and Psychology at William & Mary. At the College, he is involved in the Student Marketing Association, the Afsana Bollywood fusion dance team, and Swastha Nepal. Equipped with marketing experience serving as the COO of sports media startup Wegryn Enterprises LLC and having worked for research entities such as Princeton University and Slingshot Insights, Vansh has cultivated skills and interests in fields such as technology and analytics, as well as creative digital design and implementation. He is excited to apply his expertise to help clients of Agency 1693.

Aaron Kaplan

Research & Strategy Director

Aaron Kaplan is a rising senior in the College of Arts and Sciences pursuing a double major in Economics and Psychology. Since his freshman year, Aaron has been heavily involved with both the Delta Chi Fraternity and a music club called the Front Porch Society. This summer he is working an internship for Turner with the TBS/TNT marketing department but is counting down the days to when he can start work with the agency.

Professor William Stauffer

Clinical Associate Professor

Professor Stauffer is a former partner at Williams Mullen Law Firm and now teaches undergraduate and graduate students at The Mason School of Business, William & Mary. His background and extensive knowledge in law makes him a great asset to Agency 1693 in regards to contracts, payments and general guidance.

Jeff Rich

Chief Marketing Officer at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business

Jeff Rich heads the marketing department for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He arrived at William & Mary after founding multiple student-run marketing agencies at his previous colleges. His extensive marketing experience brings professional oversight to the Agency.

He has been there, done that - literally.

Elizabeth Eldredge

Senior Director of Strategy at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business

Elizabeth Eldredge ‘02 oversees content strategy for the marketing department for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. She’s excited to be back at her alma mater after an exciting and illustrious career in New York City and Denver.

Her experience and vast industry insight brings a unique perspective to the Agency.
